If you told Alex Kwan ten years ago that he would have lines running down the block for his food truck, he probably would have laughed. Yet when his partner Mach nudged him into the business, they blew up overnight. The blend of their Chinese and Muslim heritage resulted in the creation of Terry & Yaki, offering twist on traditional street foods from both cultures using recipes passed on through generations.
